Facility Use Request

This site is used for In-District building use for Mitchell High School only.

The facility request form needs to be completed at least two weeks prior to the event.  Once a request has been reviewed and approved, a calendar invite will be sent to the requesting staff member to secure the date, time and area of use.  Prior to submitting a facility request, please review the  ScheduleFM calendar and Blue and Orange calendar to determine if other events are already taking place at the time and location of your request.
