 For Enrollment - Call or email Ms. Castillo or Ms. Dillon to schedule an enrollment appointment. 

For Transfers Within D11 - Parent or guardian must go to the D11 Enrollment Webpage (Click Here). Fill out the "Transfer My Child From One D11 School to Another D11 School Form." 

For Transfers to Another District - That school must send an official records request via email to Ms. Castillo or Ms. Dillon. We can provide you with an unofficial transcript, but official records cannot be transferred without an official records request made by the new school.
